3.对现场工艺 流程 项目进度优化了解 且有对接执行经验
4.配合度高，抗压能力强，逆商高
5.具备职业素养 处事成熟 有责任心，美院毕业优先考虑。

1. More than 3 years working experience in small and medium-sized tooling projects
2. Rich experience in construction drawings, can assist designers to deepen the plan
3. Understand the on-site process flow and project progress optimization and have docking execution experience
4. High degree of cooperation, strong ability to resist pressure, high adversity quotient
5. Possess professionalism, be mature in handling affairs, and have a sense of responsibility. Graduation from the Academy of Fine Arts is preferred.
